Richard Baston lives in Portsmouth in supported housing and has built a life shaped by resilience, routine, and growing confidence. After spending many years in hospital when he was younger, he now works at local cafés, travels independently, and enjoys spending time with friends and family. Richard is proud of how far he has come and of rebuilding his life after difficult experiences.
